Ski and sail 2026

Join us for a seven day long Sail & Ski expedition in Steigen or Lofoten.

The food on board will be local such as reindeer, elk, fresh cod and red king crab served with suitable wines. This is a high end Ski & Sail tour so we only take four guests – but we can add one more sailing yacht to the expedition to accommodate more guests on request.

Start from Bodø every Saturday-Saturday from February to May.

We cooperate with guides from all over the world who want to take their guests to new and exciting areas. Please contact us if you are a guide or want a tailor made trip.

The yacht

Elfri is what the sailors call an ocean cruiser. She’s constructed and built to cross the vast oceans as well as enduring the extreme conditions of the polar areas.

She has an aluminium hull and is built and equipped at the reputable shipyard Atlantic in the Netherlands. Elfri is Atlantics crown jewel, which is reflected in equipment on board – no expenses spared.

During sailing she can be extremely fast but remain comfortable and manageable. This makes her perfect for our trips. You don’t have to be an experienced sailor to enjoy your trips with Elfri. She takes you and fellow sailors safely to your destination and gives you an experience you’ll never forget.

Explore Steigen

Steigen is just a few hours sailing away from Bodø where our 51 foot sailing yacht is located. The Steigen area is untouched, wild and pristine with easy access to the summits with our yacht. One of the most beautiful experiences will be Helldalisen, a glacier, at 1351 metres. We kick in to our skis on the beach and walk all the way up before skiing down the glacier again.

We seldom run into other skiers or sailors here, so you most likely will have the area for yourself. This is a rare experience you will not find in places like Lyngen where there is a lot of skiers on every summit. You will have an experienced local guide on every tour.
